A cross-media group with a leading position and longstanding heritage in its domestic market foresaw that changes in regulation, distribution technology, and audience behaviour would pave the way for international growth opportunities – as well as herald fiercer competition in the domestic market. Working closely with senior executives across all business units, the team undertook an extensive review of the competitive, regulatory, technology and audience landscape in several geographic markets and assisted the client in setting priorities by country, by audience group, by genre and by media segment.
