• Lean staffing model. Unlike typical consulting teams, echobox deploys a senior advisor on a full-time or near full-time basis, while more junior resources are drawn in as and when they are needed, from a network of trusted independent researchers and analysts.
• Leveraging client capabilities.  Our preferred model is to tap into resources within the client organisation - both from a cost-effectiveness standpoint, as well as for ensuring continuity.
• Limited formalities.  Echobox avoids tying clients to any extensive contractual commitments, and clients are free to terminate a project at any stage.
